Exhibitor & Sponsor Information
The Eau Claire Big Rig Truck Show will have a large outdoor exhibitor area including one 60′ x 150′ or larger “Big Top” tent. Food will be available on the grounds as well from several great local restaurants. The public will be invited to view the trucks, talk with the drivers and owners, and take photographs. There will be many unique truck related as well as family fun events at this years show. Click here to view the current listing

Exhibitor Space
The above photo shows the two Exhibitor tents at the 2011 show. This year we are upgrading to one 60′ x 150′ tent, keeping all Exhibitors in one place for maximum exposure to guests.

Big Top Tent Exhibitor
$275 – for 8′ x 10′ space. Additional 8′ x 10′ spaces are $250. Each space includes 6′ draped and skirted table with 2 chairs. Electricity is included (15amp). Certificates of Insurance must be sent in prior to the event with a minimum of $1 million coverage.
General Parking Lot Exhibitor
500 square foot minimum - 2,500 square foot maximum. Certificates of Insurance must be sent in prior to the event with a minimum of $1 million coverage.
500 – 1,000 square feet = $0.90/square foot
1,100 – 2,500 square feet = $0.80/square foot
The Eau Claire Big Rig Truck Show, Photo Card Specialists, and The National Association of Show Trucks reserve the right to refuse space to any vendor if we currently have a business selling/promoting the same/similar product or deem that their product is inappropriate. We also reserve the right to refuse admittance to anyone whose behavior, dress or otherwise is deemed inappropriate or becomes disruptive to this event.
The Eau Claire Big Rig Truck Show, Photo Card Specialists, and NAST are not responsible for any lost/stolen property or injuries on the grounds.

Once a Corporate Sponsor has been selected, any promotional and resale 2012 ECBRTS Collector Wall Calendar will be printed with the Corporate Sponsor’s logo. T-Shirt Sponsor
$350 – A white sponsor logo will appear on the backside of the black Eau Claire Big Rig Truck Show T-shirts (a full-color ECBRTS logo is on the front). Your logo will be approximately 4 sq. inches. T-shirts will be sold on the ECBRTS and NAST websites, as well as at select truck shows prior to this years show. T-shirts will also be sold at the 2012 Eau Claire Big Rig Truck Show. Only ten sponsorships are available.
Joey Holiday Music & Sound Stage Sponsor SOLD OUT
$2,500 – A full-color banner in front of the stage and announcements of your name all weekend; includes an on-stage interview with Joey Holiday.
Eau Claire Big Rig Truck Show Trophy Sponsor
$2,500 – Over 140 trophies are given out at most NAST events. The Trophy Sponsor will have their full-color logo on each trophy in a prime location. The sponsor’s name will also be announced during the award presentation and have a full color sign in front of the trophies.
Light Show Trophy Sponsor (Friday Night)
$1,000 – Trophies will be given to the top three winners. Trophies will feature full-color sponsors logo in a prime location. A sign with the sponsor’s logo will be placed next to the trophies and announcements of sponsor’s name during show and awards ceremony.
Movie Night Sponsor
$500 – One movie on the big screen with popcorn Friday night. Full color sponsor logo on the big screen during the truck show as well as announcements on the Joey Holiday Music Stage prior to the movie.

LODGING
Several Motels are located within 3 – 5 blocks of the truck show. The host motel will be Americas Best Value Inn, located 0.3 miles from the event. They will be offering a special rate ($70 per night) to ECBRTS participants. To receive this rate, call America’s Best Value Inn at 715-834-6611 and tell them that you’re with the Eau Claire Big Rig Truck Show.
