TRUCK REGISTRATION

 

2018 Registration Form

You can pre-register your truck by sending in the registration form, or you can register upon arrival.  Pre-registration is recommended so we can get a more accurate count of the number of trucks to park.  You may pay the registration fee at time of arrival.

WE WILL BE REGISTERING TRUCKS ON SITE AT THE SHOW, OR

FOLLOW THESE STEPS TO PRE-REGISTER YOUR TRUCK:

1. Completely fill out the registration form
2. Registration fee is $55.00 (includes prize drawing for CDL drivers)
3. Make checks payable to: ECBRTS
4. Register at the truck show or mail the form along with your payment to:

Parade & Safety Meeting

The Farewell Parade will close the show on Sunday, August 19th at 2:00 pm. The mandatory safety meeting will be in the beer garden at 1:00 pm on Sunday, followed by the awards and prizes. The parade route is the same as last year. Click here for a map. Following the end of the parade, participants are free to head on out and do not need to return to the fairgrounds. The lead parade spots will be auctioned off courtesy of Andrews Auction during the safety meeting. All money raised will go to United Cerebral Palsy of West Central Wisconsin.

Awards

This is a park-and-show event. Drivers are free to relax and enjoy all that the show has to offer. 1st, 2nd and 3rd place Drivers’ Choice, People’s Choice and Kids’ Choice awards will be presented following the safety meeting at 1:00 pm in the beer garden on Sunday, August 19th.

Prizes

Prizes will be awarded to the 2018 Registered Drivers on Sunday, August 19th at 1:00 pm in the beer garden. An entry form will be handed out to drivers in an informational packet when they register. These entry forms will be drawn during the awards presentation. Only registered drivers are eligible. You do NOT need to be present to win. See Below

You must pick up your prize(s) at Awards & More 2425 Seymour Road Eau Claire, WI 54703 or arrange shipping. No cash value or substitutions. Terms and conditions may apply. Recipient may be responsible for any shipping. All stipulations will be outlined clearly prior to the presentation, if applicable.
