You can pre-register your truck by completing the registration form and mailing it to the below address, or you can register upon arrival.  Pre-registration is recommended so we can get a more accurate count of the number of trucks to park.  You may mail a check made out to ECBRTS along with your form or pay the registration fee at time of arrival. 


1. Completely fill out the registration form above. One form per truck. (mail it in or bring with you)

2. Registration fee is $35.00 to park & show and participate in the parade.

Registration fee is $55.00 to park & show, participate in the parade and be eligible for $10,000 in prizes.

All registered participants receive a welcome bag & a complimentary truck photo on Sunday.

Parade & Safety Meeting

The Farewell Parade will close the show on Sunday, August 19th at 2:00 pm. The mandatory safety meeting will be in the beer garden at 1:00 pm on Sunday, followed by the awards and prizes. The parade route is the same as last year. Click here for a map. Following the end of the parade, participants are free to head on out and do not need to return to the fairgrounds. The lead parade spots will be auctioned off courtesy of Andrews Auction during the safety meeting. All money raised will go to United Cerebral Palsy of West Central Wisconsin.


This is a park-and-show event. Drivers are free to relax and enjoy all that the show has to offer. 1st, 2nd and 3rd place Drivers’ Choice, People’s Choice and Kids’ Choice awards will be presented following the safety meeting at 1:00 pm in the beer garden on Sunday, August 19th.
